Since every installation has a different complexity, shape and size, we cannot give an estimated price via phone or email without seeing the installation area and taking measurements. BUT remember, we always give FREE Estimates!! We really need to see the boat in person and evaluate the surface and take exact measurements, we will send out a trained and experienced installer to get you a a free quote and at that time we can discuss any details or answer any questions you may have.
SafeFloor application requires skill. Our installers have the experience and training to apply it the right way. SafeFloor is very difficult to remove. We would hate for you to ruin something if you made a mistake. Let our professionally trained staff take that worry away from you!
In most cases we will have your boat for three to four business days depending on the weather and what additional prep work may be required. We will not release a boat until we are certain the curing process is well underway.
SafeFloor will add about 3/4 of a pound per square foot installed. To put this into perspective, that equates to 28% added weight over closed-cell foam flooring. On a fiberglass hull craft, this will not affect your draft at all. For aluminum hull craft, this will increase your draft by under 1/2 inch.
We have hundreds of colors to match almost anything. Most custom colors are a blend of two, three, or even four colors so getting a custom look and a good match for the other accessories on your boat won't be a problem. We have color blocks and a good number of samples available for you to look at before you pick your color.
Yes, It could be removed but it is chemically bonded to the surface of your boat so it is very difficult to remove.
Just as you would your original deck. It can be pressure washed or sprayed down as you normally would without any worries.
SafeFloor is installed solely by careful hand application, similar to finishing concrete Safe Floor is trawled on your boat in small hand mixed batches.
I spent many weeks looking for a deck

I have been guiding bay fishing in the
Matagorda Bay Complex for nearly 20 years. In
1998 I bought my first Parker Big Bay boat. It
was a wonderful boat with one exception. Clean
up ! After every trip, I found myself armed
with a scrub brush and a bucket of soapy water.
Then one day I saw the flooring in Glenn
Boatwright's Custom Flat boats. We
installed it in my Big Bay and I soon found
that it did more for me than cut down on clean
up time. It's cooler on your feet in the
summer. You don't have to worry about
slipping down on fish slime. Its quieter when
you drop things on the floor. The thing that I
get more positive comments about is my floor.

I had my 20 ft. Aluminum boat done with the
safe floor and I have to tell you it is some
tuff stuff. Some friends and I are in the
process of building a duck camp out on the
water so we have been hauling some pretty heavy
loads in my boat. Between dragging poles,
lumber and tin across it, it looks like they
just put it in. My boat is one of the pictures
on this site. I'm telling guys, this floor

I bought my 24 ft. pontoon boat in 1991,
since then I have had to change the carpet in
it 3 times. Each time it had cost me between
$500.00 to $700.00 dollars. The carpet keeps
ripping in the area where I sit and fish. I am
